Although law firm is located in Houston, Mr. Sher’s practice involves work at a variety of locations across Texas and the United States. On occasion, the firm will associate with other renowned firms as outside counsel, forming a uniform alliance to further the interest of sizeable clients with environmental or commercial legal issues nationwide. This firm strongly believes that the joining of forces between diverse national trial practices has the ability to form approaches and strategies which are unique and result in successful conclusions of complex claims.
For the past six years, Mr. Sher has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine, an honor bestowed upon only five percent of legal professionals in Texas. He has come to distinguish himself among an elite few in the areas of environmental litigation, business or commercial disputes and personal injury.
