At The Wright Firm, LLP, we live by what we call “The Ten Promises for Client Care.”
- Each client shall be kept informed of the status of their case on a monthly basis
- Each client shall receive copies of correspondence created or received in their case
- Each client shall be entitled to have their telephone call or e-mails returned the same day
- Each attorney shall punctually appear at all scheduled court dates unless in an emergency
- Each client shall receive a written fee agreement
- Each client shall receive a detailed semi-monthly or monthly billing statement. Each client will have their billing questions answered at no charge
- Each client shall be treated with respect and receive courteous responses to all questions
- Each client is entitled to a trial and shall not be pressured into settling their case
- Each client shall sign off on all settlement agreements. The firm will also tender to them any orders that we are ordered or directed to draft within ten days of the hearing or settlement
- Each client will be allowed to have their case handled in the manner that they wish
